SE104N pH Puncture Sensor

The SE104N is a heavy-duty pH puncture sensor built with a durable Noryl/PPE polymer body and a specially shaped tip that allows direct insertion into thick or semi-solid product matrices. Its dual open-junction design maintains stable, reliable contact with the process medium even in challenging viscous samples, making it well suited to dairy and other food industry applications. The sensor combines a medium-impedance alpha glass membrane with a polymer electrolyte and Ag/AgCl reference system for consistent pH readings across a 0–13 pH range.
