The BA06 is a dedicated inline process analyzer for breweries and wineries requiring continuous quality control of fermented beverages. It measures alcohol content (0–10% w/w), real and original extracts (0–30 Ew / °Plato), and dissolved CO₂ with superior repeatability (±0.02% w/w alcohol). Fully compensated for carbonation interference, it operates reliably at line pressures up to 10 bar at 20°C, delivering the precision needed for consistent product specification compliance.
