Quick coupling system enabling leak-free separation and reconnection of diaphragm seal systems without process interruption.
REconnect is a quick coupling system installed between pressure or differential pressure transmitters and diaphragm seal systems, allowing safe decoupling for maintenance, calibration or replacement without loss of fill fluid or air ingress. Its two-piece ball valve design keeps both sides pressure-tight when separated, even under pressurised conditions, avoiding the drift and inaccurate readings caused by conventional connectors. Built in robust stainless steel, it withstands roughly 200 coupling cycles and is compatible with a wide range of OPTIBAR instruments and diaphragm seals, including Ex and SIL-rated applications.
