Precision grape must analyzer measuring Brix sugar content and pH with automatic temperature compensation.

The LA02 delivers rapid, accurate sugar and acidity measurements directly at your receiving dock, enabling immediate quality assessment of incoming grape must. With Brix measurement range of 0–30° and pH capability (2–14), plus integrated PT1000 temperature compensation across 5–40°C, the analyzer ensures consistent results independent of seasonal variation. Precision to ±0.1° Brix and ±0.05 pH units supports fair pricing and process optimization, while optional Transfer Unit capability streamlines high-volume sampling cycles.

Accuracy:
0.1° % mass, the maximum tolerated error is applied to indications which are not rounded up

Product temperature:
5… 40°C (41 … 104°F) with automatic compensation of the temperature measured by the internal PT1000 Temperature Probe in AISI 316 stainless steel

1500cc/analysis cycle (only in the version with Must Transfer Unit)
