LC01 - Spectrophotometer - Maselli Misure

The LC01 delivers rapid, laboratory-grade analysis of tomato colour composition and nutritional content. Three integrated transformation functions enable simultaneous determination of lycopene (0–80 mg/100g), other carotenoids, and chlorophyll indices, with industry-leading ±0.25 mg/100g repeatability and maximum accuracy of 0.5 mg/100g. Sample dilution capability extends measurement range proportionally, accommodating variable product concentrations without recalibration.
