OV01 - Sampler

Trolley-mounted turbine sampler that extracts must from grapes in bins and crates for automated wine analysis.

The OV01 is a trolley-mounted grape sampling unit designed to extract must directly from bins and crates where conventional sampling probes cannot reach. Its light, portable extension probe cuts grape skins and draws off juice by suction, with all sampling stages PLC-controlled for consistent results. The unit connects automatically to Maselli LA02 or SA00 analysis systems, or the must can be collected manually in a container. Built entirely in stainless steel, it combines compact, wheeled mobility with rugged construction for reliable, uncontaminated must recovery.
