Maselli
SA series - Grapes Analyzer - Maselli Misure
Automated grape must analyzer measuring alcohol content, pH, acidity, and color in under 90 seconds per cycle.
The SA Series Grapes Analyzer delivers rapid, multi-parameter analysis of incoming grape must at harvest reception. In a single automated cycle, it simultaneously measures alcohol concentration (0–18% vol.), pH (2–14), total acidity (0–30 g/l tartaric acid), and color tonality with high precision and temperature compensation. Processing 500 cc samples in 70–90 seconds, the analyzer reduces manual testing bottlenecks and ensures consistent quality data for every batch, enabling faster winemaking decisions at the point of delivery.
