Vibraswitch-C: reliable electronic tuning fork level detection for industrial liquids across wide temperature and pressure ranges.

The Vibraswitch-C is an industrial-grade vibrating fork level switch engineered for precise liquid detection in demanding process environments. Operating across -40°C to +100°C with pressures up to 40 bar, it delivers consistent performance in applications ranging from 10 cSt to highly viscous media. Constructed from corrosion-resistant AISI 316L with ultra-smooth surfaces (ra < 1.5 μm), this switch accommodates insertion lengths from 47 mm to 3 m via 1" BSP, flange, or hygienic connections. The 3-wire PNP/NPN output with LED status indication integrates seamlessly into control systems operating 12–40 Vdc, while IP65/IP68 protection ensures reliability in harsh conditions.
