The UC09 inline infrared carbometric unit delivers precise CO2 quantification across the full range of 0–6 v/v (0–12 g/l) for carbonated soft drinks, beers, and mineral waters. Operating with a 3-second measurement cycle and ±0.05 g/l accuracy, the system features integrated Pt1000 temperature compensation (−5 to +35 °C) and handles process line pressures up to 10 bar at 20 °C. Scalable between v/v and g/l units, the UC09 supports standard sterilization at 100 °C or high-temperature operation at 130 °C, ensuring consistent quality control in demanding beverage production environments.
