The OPTIMASS 3010 delivers direct mass flow measurement across demanding process conditions, engineered specifically for low-flow and metered-dose applications. Compact design with robust stainless steel (316L) or Alloy 22 measuring tubes handles pressures to 300 bar and temperatures from -40°C to +150°C. Equipped with Modbus RTU digital output and multiple connection standards (EN, ASME, JIS flanges plus NPT threads and hygienic clamp options), it integrates seamlessly into food, chemical, and pharmaceutical processes. Certified for hazardous areas under ATEX, IECEx, and other major standards.
