The Klay Instruments FLX is a robust conductivity-based level detector engineered for reliable monitoring of conductive liquids in demanding industrial applications. Offering flexible insertion lengths from 20 mm to 2 m, plus a flush-mount option, it accommodates diverse vessel geometries and process requirements. Built from AISI 316L sensor material with PEEK isolation and stainless electronics housing, the FLX delivers IP67 protection and handles viscosities up to 10,000 cSt at pressures to 10 bar. Configurable outputs (relay or PNP) and adjustable sensitivity ensure seamless integration into your automation infrastructure.
