CEMTEC® is a robust, fully pneumatic extraction probe engineered for demanding industrial gas analysis applications. It handles process temperatures to 1400°C, operates reliably at dust concentrations up to 2000 g/m³, and extends to 4.5 m immersion depth for flexible installation in furnaces and industrial vessels. All drive functions—probe extension/retraction, rotation, plunger actuation, and flushing—are controlled pneumatically, eliminating complex electrical systems and simplifying maintenance in harsh process environments.
