Dual-parameter ATEX-certified gas analyzer measuring O₂ and CO simultaneously up to 1400 °C.
The COMTEC® 6000 GasEx delivers precise simultaneous measurement of oxygen and carbon monoxide in high-temperature process streams up to 1400 °C with optional cooling protection. Built on proven zirconium oxide and mixed-potential sensing technologies, it offers flexible measurement ranges (O₂: 0–2% to 0–21% vol.; CO: 0–5000 ppm) tailored to your application. Housed in robust stainless steel (SS316Ti) with IP66 sealing and ATEX II 2G Ex db IIC T3 Gb certification, the analyzer operates reliably across -40 to +70 °C ambient conditions, making it ideal for combustion control, furnace monitoring, and safety-critical industrial processes.
