Dual-channel O₂/CO analyzer for high-temperature dust environments up to 600°C with ATEX compliance.
The COMTEC® 6000 StaubEx delivers precise simultaneous measurement of oxygen and carbon monoxide in challenging high-temperature, dust-laden process environments. Featuring zirconium oxide O₂ sensing and mixed-potential CO detection, this analyzer handles gas temperatures up to 600°C with configurable measuring ranges (O₂: 0–2 to 0–21 vol.%; CO: 0–5000 ppm). Built in stainless steel (SS316TI) with selectable immersion depths (540–960 mm), full IP66 protection on both probe and electronics, and ATEX Group II 2D certification (T133/141°C), it ensures reliable operation in explosive dust atmospheres while maintaining measurement accuracy across wide ambient conditions (-20 to +70°C probe, -20 to +55°C electronics).
