COMTEC® 6000
High-temperature dual-gas analyzer for simultaneous O₂ and CO measurement up to 1400°C in demanding industrial processes.
The COMTEC® 6000 delivers precise oxygen and carbon monoxide analysis in extreme thermal environments, utilizing zirconium oxide and mixed-potential sensing technologies. Featuring flexible probe configurations with immersion depths up to 1820 mm and robust stainless steel (SS316TI) construction, it withstands process temperatures from 500°C to 1400°C with integrated cooling protection. Dual selectable measuring ranges for O₂ (0-2 to 0-25 vol.%) and CO (0-5000 ppm) accommodate diverse industrial applications from combustion control to thermal processing. Sealed to IP65 probe and IP66 electronics ratings, the analyzer operates reliably across ambient conditions from -40°C to +80°C.
