The UR62 delivers precise, real-time concentration monitoring via refractometric measurement across a range of 1.3170–1.4907 nD (0–80 Brix) with accuracy up to ±0.0004 nD. Engineered for seamless integration into continuous and batch production systems, this robust analyzer withstands high-temperature sanitization (steam at 110 °C or hot water at 95 °C) and operates reliably under line pressures to 10 bar. Configurable measurement scales (BRIX or user-defined) enable flexible adaptation to your product specifications.

- 0.2 Brix or equivalent
- Maximum temperature during sanitization:
- Hot water at 95 °C (203 °F) for 30′ / steam (0.5 bar) at 110 °C (230 °F) for 30′
- Response time to temperature variations:
- 2′ / 10 °C (18 °F)
