URX1 - Intrinsically safe process refractometer

The URX1 is a digital process refractometer built for hazardous-area installations, certified ATEX II 1 G – EEx ia IIB T4 up to Zone 0. Installed directly in-line or in tanks and vessels, it continuously measures liquid concentration and outputs readings in Brix, nD or user-defined scales via analogue and digital interfaces, with Profibus DP available as an option. Its optical measuring principle eliminates drift over time, removing the need for recalibration against laboratory references after initial setup. The stainless steel, IP67-rated construction combined with a wide choice of process connections makes it suitable for demanding, aggressive plant environments with virtually no maintenance.
