Intelligent ceramic pressure transmitter for hygienic applications with 0.1-50 bar range and HART capability.

Photo 1 of 3

The Klay Instruments 3000-SAN is a precision pressure transmitter engineered for sanitary and industrial processes requiring robust performance across demanding temperature ranges (-20°C to +100°C). Featuring a high-purity ceramic sensing element (Al₂O₃ 99.9%), it delivers 0.2% accuracy (with 0.1% option) across 0.1–50 bar measurement spans, supported by versatile hygienic, flange, and threaded connection options. The intelligent 4-20 mA output with optional HART protocol integration enables advanced diagnostics and asset management, while IP66/IP68 enclosure protection and corrosion-resistant 316L/Hastelloy construction ensure long-term reliability in hygienic and corrosive environments.
