The Klay Instruments 4000-SAN delivers precise pressure measurement in hygienic processing environments with a versatile 0.03–100 bar range and industry-leading 0.075% accuracy. Its flush diaphragm design and EHEDG/3-A compliant construction eliminate product pockets while supporting stainless steel (AISI 316L) or specialized materials including Hastelloy, Tantalum, and gold-plated options. Microprocessor-based configuration via integrated button and display enables field programming without test equipment, with simultaneous process temperature readout and multilingual interface. ATEX Ex-ia and IECEx certification (optional T5/T6) ensures safe operation in explosive atmospheres, while robust 4–20 mA output with optional HART and Profibus PA connectivity integrates seamlessly into distributed control systems.
